2008年開始在管理層學習《孫子兵法》等中國哲學經典教材。

在這個變化迅速的電子業領域，開始從單一的電子零件供應商轉變成客戶的長期策略合作伙伴，進而研發五向開關，微動開關，撥動開關其他精密組件的延伸，并在香港設立專門研發團隊。

2010年導入無鹵與計劃取得6個SIGMA同年董事長提出打造全球零組件解決方案提供商，打造國內零組件最具性價比品牌的理念。

針對電子零組件各個領域的分析位打造出性價品牌分別通過收購、合資等方式企業在于東莞、惠州、蘇州，依照產品分別由以上不同工程個別生產或發放外包加工。
2013
工程技術人員開始對機械鍵盤設計研發，并且開始投入試產推出STARK華騰自主機械鍵盤軸。
2014
華騰電子海外銷售額達到1000萬美元。華騰電子海外經營模式是哈佛商學院在國際業務中的一個案例。
2015
華騰因業務發展在深圳龍華設立工廠，投身游戲產業，推出多款極具創新性的產品。
2016
華騰電子開始了產業互聯網的轉型，并完成了這方面的初步目標。
華騰電子在中國企業中榮獲“全球化成就卓越獎”。

湖南三一重工集團有限公司分為湖南三一重工重工集團有限公司和湖南三一重工物資實業有限公司。
三一重工自主研發了中國第一輛大排量的高壓混凝土泵。
湖南三一重工重工有限公司改名為三一重工重工有限責任公司。
